Robert H. Klima serves as Senior Counsel at The Irving Law Firm, bringing decades of legal experience to the firm. Practicing law in Manassas, Virginia, since 1978, he has witnessed the transformation of Prince William County from a rural area into the thriving community it is today. Over the years, he has handled various legal matters and developed extensive litigation experience.
Now focusing exclusively on adoption law, Mr. Klima has represented clients in hundreds of adoption cases, covering various proceedings. His deep understanding of this area of law has earned him a place in the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys since 1993. This prestigious organization consists of approximately 300 top adoption and assisted reproduction attorneys in the United States and select other countries.
Beyond his legal work, Mr. Klima is the Founder and President of Children with Disabilities Fund International. This organization is dedicated to providing aid to disabled children living in poverty in developing countries, reflecting his strong commitment to advocacy beyond the courtroom. Through his legal experience and humanitarian efforts, Mr. Klima continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
