Robert H. Klima serves as Senior Counsel at The Irving Law Firm. Mr. Klima has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Manassas, Virginia since 1978. During his long career, he has seen Prince William County grow from a rural community to the large population of today. He has practiced many different types of law and has an extensive experience in litigation.
Mr. Klima’s practice is now limited to the field of adoption. He has represented clients in many hundreds of adoption cases, of all types. He has been a member of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys since 1993, an organization of approximately 300 of the most qualified adoption and/or assisted reproduction technology attorneys in the United States and a few other countries.
Mr. Klima is the Founder and President of Children with Disabilities Fund International, an organization which provides assistance to disabled children living in poverty in developing countries.
